It has been a very long time since I have posted here. At one time, my website was thriving and doing very well.

When Frugal and Free started off, it was a coupon clipping service. There was also as much info that I can pack in, on how to save money shopping, where the best deals are, etc.

Then, having to go to work outside the home took a precedence over everything. Toss in health issues, etc and I never had any time to devote to Frugal and Free.

I would like to start again, slowly, sharing the frugal ways I have learned over the years, but also expand the information that I include.  For instance, I am very interested in photography and graphic arts, and I love to bake and create out of the ordinary delights. I want to include these things on Frugal and Free.
