Frugal and Free started out of a passion for couponing, bargain shopping and helping others fill their cupboard. I used to offer a coupon clipping service…loved it. I have had some periods of no activity due to health reasons. Attempted to start up again and health reasons plagued me again.
Now, I head in a bit of a different direction. Still the couponing, bargain hunting, but adding other passions that I have. Baking and Photography. Any suggestions are welcome, but, please be nice. *s*
